Following the successful day last November, BodhiTree Brighton and MindOut are pleased to host another LGBTQI+ day of meditation and sharing, this time online.

How do we relate to ourselves and others through, and with, our Hearts? In this period of lockdown, we are even more aware of  the importance of connection, and being true to what really matters for us to stay safe and well.

We will explore meditation practices relating to body and heart, and share on themes from Buddhist and other teachings on what it means to connect as one person to another, with care, openness and acceptance. Can we step onto a path that frees our Hearts and makes our world a safer place?

The day will be led by Sheila Roche, who facilitates BodhiTree’s regular LGBTQI+ meditation Group in Brighton.

Please book on this link:   http://www.bodhitreebrighton.org.uk/events/rainbow-heart-lgbtqi-day-retreat-with-sheila-roche/ , or email [email protected],  and details of how to access the Zoom event will be sent to you. There is no requirement to pay for this event, but a donation to BodhiTree would be appreciated.

This is a day for all who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, non-binary, intersex, questioning, and their allies. No experience of meditation is needed.
