Wellbeing Project

Useful, well-paced, inclusive, worthwhile, good use of time

MindOut delivers a range of LGBTQ wellbeing workshops, courses and events Brighton & Hove and in East and West Sussex throughout the year.

The aim of these activities is to provide useful ideas for LGBTQ  to improve and maintain good wellbeing, resilience and mental health through learning from each other and sharing ideas. We also run consultation events from time to time with LGBTQ  communities to find out what topics would be most helpful.
