This year volunteers from MindOut took part in a national MIND campaign to raise awareness of LGBTQ mental health.

It is well know that LGBTQ people experience higher than average rates of mental health issues, and additionally are less likely to use mental health services if they have faced or heard about discrimination there in the past.

In these video selfies, MindOut volunteers describe their experiences of mental health issues and some of the barriers they have faced accessing help.
