MindOut’s innovative work with LGBTQ older people is gathering pace - Age matters 50+ is a project consisting of a range of peer support and social activities for people who are 50+ who want to get out and meet other members of the community. Meeting other people to share experiences, feelings and problems can reduce the feeling of isolation and loneliness in a safe supportive place. Please come and join us and also spread the word as much as possible so we can reach older people in need of vital mental health support.
