About the challenge:
See the heart of the capital as you have never seen it before!

On September 27 and 28, teams of three will compete in a fast paced and unique sports challenge involving running, climbing, mountain biking, abseiling and kayaking.  What makes it so special is that the course is revealed just hours before the start!

This urban adventure is designed to be extreme fun for all levels, from newcomers to elite adventure racers.

The 'Adventure Class' is made up of two stages:

  • Saturday night - the 'Mean Streets' Class. Choose your own routes through the city streets accumulating checkpoints within a 3-hour time limit.
  • Sunday all day - navigate your team around a 65km adventure course on bike, foot, kayak and rope, with surprise "Rat Trap" challenges on the way.

It is possible for Mind supporters to upgrade your entry to the 'Business Class' (£119.25 per person) and receive additional benefits such as fast track registration, entry into a special VIP enclosure, training and massage amongst other things.
